Philosophy: "I believe that people have deep resources within themselves, and that these resources can be harnessed to heal, to learn new behaviors, and to grow beyond limiting beliefs about themselves. Although I use many different techniques, such as Tapas Acupressure Technique (TAT), breath work, Emotional Freedom Technique, and hypnotherapy, I believe that my primary role is to be fully present in as human and genuine a way as possible. This creates safety and connectedness, enabling change and growth."
